WARRANTY

Warranty period

1. Domestic use:3 years of full coverage.
2. Semi-Professional Use / LCU:1 year for residential communities, beauty salons, and small hotel gyms; 6 months for gyms or community centers.
3. The deadline is calculated from the date of the receipt, invoice, or delivery note (whichever is later). Valid only in Europe.

Rights covered

1. Repair or replacement:at no cost to the consumer when there is a manufacturing defect, within a reasonable period of time and without inconvenience.
2. Mounting parts:Free shipping of the part; if a technician is required, labor and travel are also free. The manufacturer may opt for pickup for repair.
3. Suspension of the deadline:When replacing the machine, the calculation stops and at least 6 months of warranty will always remain.
4. Price reduction or resolution:applicable if the repair or replacement is not carried out within a reasonable time.

Warranty Exclusions

1. Use in gyms, sports centers or institutions outside the indicated coverage areas.
2. Incorrect installation, faulty assembly or breakage due to improper assembly.
3. Improper use, overload or lack of maintenance.
4. Tampering by unauthorized personnel or use of parts not supplied by Xybrid.
5. Software errors or unofficial downloads.
6. Normal wear and tear of components (batteries, belts, bearings, upholstery, etc.) after 6 months.
7. Damage caused by moisture, sweat, salty environments or aggressive chemicals.
8. Scratches, bumps, drops or improper transportation.

Claim route

1. Claim action: statute of limitations is 3 years from delivery.
2. Notification of defect: within 2 months of detection.
3. This warranty is complementary and does not exclude any other applicable legal rights.
4. Applicable legislation: current national regulations.
5. Competent jurisdiction: Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.

1. Adjust the seat height and distance from the frame and place your feet on the pedals.
2. The faster the pedaling speed, the greater the fan resistance.
3. Use the handles to help you move the fan as well.
4. Be careful when releasing the handles, the inertia can be high.
5. When you want to stop the activity, be careful because the pedals will continue to move; you'll have to follow the momentum and come to a stop gradually. Stopping abruptly can be harmful.
6. Your Air Bike's flywheel may loosen if it goes unused for a long time. Make sure it's tight enough for your ride.
7. To adjust it, remove the fan guard and adjust the hardware.
